Concerning Europe/Worldwide shipments if you order over two dresses at the same time the shipping cost will be charged based on weight instead of the standard cost.

Returns Policy

All returns must be approved by Coco Fennell.

Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded but may be exchanged.

Returns must be received by Coco Fennell within 15 days of purchase for United Kingdom customers and 20 days of purchase for international customers.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Legal

Please note that after placing an order you will recieve an email receipt confirming the purchase intent. This email receipt does not comprise a contract. Orders may be canceled at any time due to insufficient stock, an inability to authorize a payment, suspicion of fraudulent intent, discovery of an incorrectly priced item, or any other reason deemed appropriate by Coco Fennell. In addition, Coco Fennell reserves the right to decline or cancel any such orders. If the purchase has already been charged to the customer's credit card, Coco Fennell will issue a refund to the account in the same amount as the incorrect price.
