Shipping & Returns
Online orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours, weekends and holidays excluded and we ship internationally!
Returns must be received by Coco Fennell within 15 days of purchase for United Kingdom customers and 30 days of purchase for international customers.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused.
Please return to the address on the card sent with the order with your name and order number written on it. Or email coco@cocofennell.com for further information.
For Pre-Orders
Please order pre-order items and in stock items separately or they will be sent together when pre-orders arrive.
All pre-order dresses are eligible for refunds 15 days from the date the item was sent as apposed to purchased and 30 days from when the item was sent for international orders.
