Delivery & Shipping

How long will my order take to arrive?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship worldwide. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Stockists

We only sell online through the Coco Fennell website and end of line pieces will be sold on Depop @cocofennell. 

Sizing & Fit

How do I choose the right size?

Please refer to our Size Guide for detailed measurements and international size conversions. If you're between sizes or need advice, feel free to contact us.

Are your garments true to size?

Most Coco Fennell pieces  come up a little big so if you are inbetween sizes go for the lower of the two.

What sizes do you offer?

Our collections are available in a range of sizes. UK sizes 6-24 on certain products. Please check individual product listings for availability.

How should I care for my garment?

Care instructions can be found on the garment label. Most of the dresses can be cold washed and hung to dry or dry cleaned if you'd rather. 

Following these instructions will help keep your piece looking beautiful for years to come.

Can I change or cancel my order?

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we may be able to make changes or cancel it. Please contact us as soon as possible after placing your order.
